When will my order be shipped?

 

We do not offer expedited shipping or shipping with other carriers.

 

We process orders from 9AM - 6PM from Monday to Saturday.

 

Orders placed by 12pm PST will go out the same day, we ship Monday through Saturday. Any orders placed after 12pm on Saturday will not be shipped out until Monday. 

 

We do not process orders on Sunday and major holidays.

Due to our fast processing rates orders placed with an incomplete or invalid address will automatically be canceled and refunded.

 

USPS tracking information may take up to 24 hours before any status is shown. At times, you may experience your tracking showing "Electronic shipping information received." This simply states that USPS has scanned the package and does not always determine the movement of the package whereabouts.

Delivery delays:

Once Smokers delight has handed the package over to USPS, it is their responsibility. We do not guarantee transit times, if you are experiencing issues with your package in transit contact USPS directly.

Lost package:

In the event you feel confident the package has been lost, you can file a claim directly through USPS. After 15 days of the last scan and the package has not been scanned as delivered, we will re-ship the order to you if the items are still in stock, in the case that the items are out of stock we will refund you. If we determine that the package was lost due to an incorrect provided address, you will need to make another purchase and file a claim through USPS.

If the package shows delivered and is not in your mailbox please check with your neighbors or postman. Once the package shows delivered to the confirmed address we can file a claim for you and if approved by USPS we will only be able to cover what USPS reimburses us for, up to the $100 that USPS covers per Priority packages. 

 

Return to sender Packages:

Packages that are returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by customer or are refused will incur a 20% restocking fee, or the customer will need to pay for the shipping fee to resend the package. Customers are always responsible for cost of shipping returned items. Packages will need to be returned to sender before we can refund or ship ship out again. 

By agreeing to all of the above, we strongly urge to carefully look at your order before making the final completion of your purchase.

 

Refund/Exchange Policy:

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any of our products regardless of whether they have been used or not. Please choose carefully. If you have any questions about our products, please contact us by email before placing an order.

Warranty Policy:

Our products may require maintenance or minor adjustments. This does not mean that the product is defective. 

7-Day Warranty, DOA and Wrong Item Claims: 

Please contact our customer service team by email at sales.sdpr@gmail.com with a description of the problem along with your order number. If the issue cannot be resolved by email, we will send you instructions on how to send the item back for replacement along with a return authorization (RMA) number. Replacements are ONLY shipped after the defective item are shipped back to us. “Dead on Arrival” (DOA) and "Wrong Item" claims must be reported to us within 72 hours from the delivery time. "7-day Warranty" claims must be reported to us within 7 days from the delivery date. 

Your package must be postmarked within 5 days of receiving your return authorization (RMA) number. We will only replace defective items with working items of the same model. 

Please test all products for defects upon receiving your order; especially when ordering in bulk. Please notify us immediately if an item is DOA/defective.

Shipping Costs:

Customer assumes all costs in shipping items back to us, and we assume the cost in shipping replacements to the customer. Shipping cost incurred are non refundable. All replacement/repaired products are shipped USPS first class. We recommend using delivery confirmation/tracking when shipping packages to us. 

All Products (unless specifically stated otherwise), carry an implied, industry-standard 14-Day warranty against defects due to manufacturing or failure. Warranty does not include any use of the product that does not fall into the designed use of the product as intended by the manufacturer. The 14-Day warranty begins on the day the product is delivered and not on the day it was put to use. 

Items not covered under our 7-day warranty: Cartridges, cartomizers, incredibowl, incredibowl accessories, e-Liquid and clearance items.

Scratches and discoloration are considered normal wear and tear and is not covered by warranty.

Order Cancellation Policy

Please submit any cancellation via email to sales.sdpr@gmail.com. Once the order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order.
